Humble Bundle had a loyal, passionate user base and a unique business model. But the product experience hadn't kept pace with the company's growth. The homepage couldn't effectively showcase multiple concurrent bundles and store products. The challenge was threefold: redesign the product, build the tools to scale content operations, and transform the team's capabilities — all simultaneously.
